Associate Professor Fatimah Lateef is Senior Consultant, Director of Undergraduate Training and Education as well as Director of Clinical Service and Quality at the Department of Emergency Medicine, Singapore General Hospital. She is also Professor at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and Yong Loo Lin Medical School, National University of Singapore.

She teaches part-time at the School of Health Sciences, Nanyang Polytechnic. Her area of sub-specialisation include Prehospital Care Medicine, Cardiovascular and Neurovascular Emergencies. She has worked in various countries including both the UK and USA and served as an International Consultant to MaxHealthcare, India. 
Prof Fatimah is a strong advocate for women empowerment. She educates young ladies and mentors them into leadership positions, she shares lifelong learning principles with them and she speak on a variety of women related topics in parliament such as in the areas of healthcare, education, the workplace and families.

She is out there, together with the men, whether it is in disaster affected countries, at Ground Zero after an earthquake, tsunami, massive floods, war zones, cyclones etc  in places like Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Myammar, Indonesia, Africa, Iran and more
She continues to work full time, with a fulfilling career in Emergency Medicine, balancing clinical work with research and education, as well as her political and community responsibilities as an elected Member of Parliament in Singapore. She has participated in three General Elections and runs one of the largest constituencies in Singapore. For recreation, Fatimah enjoys mountain climbing, cooking, reading and she has completed 15 full marathons.

Robin Rheaume held senior positions in credit risk management in international financial institutions based in Singapore. As a banker, she has worked in Canada, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. In her 20 years of banking experience, she held regional responsibilities and managed teams comprising people from diverse countries. She left the banking industry to devote her time to NGO work and community projects. She has assisted a range of NGOs, including AWARE, TWC2 and SPCA, with various projects many of which involved managing volunteers to implement complex fundraising and IT projects. She is also a trained helpliner on the AWARE Women’s Helpline.
Originally from Montreal, she has lived in Singapore since 1992. She is well known in the Singapore community as the creator of The People of Singapore, Singapore’s version of the Human of New York. Through this project, she humanised differences, broke down stereotypes and showcased the rich diversity that exists at all levels in Singapore society.

Manisha Tank is an award-winning journalist, news anchor and TV presenter who has worked for the biggest names in international news media over the last 20 years. At Thomson Reuters, The BBC and CNN International she’s had the privilege to anchor flagship shows, including the award-winning, ‘News Stream’ on CNN.
Aside from presenting many feature shows such as CNN’s ‘Talk Asia’, Manisha has taken live news to air on many occasions, most recently following the collision of a US Destroyer off the coast of Singapore.
As a financial news anchor for much of her career Manisha spent time reporting live from the floor of the NYSE and NASDAQ market-site as well as anchoring live business and economics shows for both CNN International and the BBC before that. As such she has extensive background knowledge of business, finance and economics.
Aside from her work, Manisha loves spending time with her husband and three young children. Having moved to Singapore in 2016, she continues her work with CNN International.

Tan Sri Rafidah is Malaysia's longest-serving Minister of International Trade and Industry, having served in that capacity from 1987 to 2008, and contributes a wealth of international experience.
Prior to this, she held the portfolio of Minister of Public Enterprises from 1980 to 1987 and Deputy Minister of Finance from 1977 to 1980. Tan Sri Rafidah serves as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Business, University Utara Malaysia.
She has received various awards from the states of Selangor, Perak, Melaka, Sarawak and Terengganu as well as from Argentina and Chile. She has also been conferred Honorary Doctorates from the University Putra Malaysia, University Utara Malaysia, University Tun Razak Malaysia, University Malaya and the Dominican University of California, United States of America.
She also serves as Chairman of Megasteel Sdn Bhd, Supermax Corporation Berhad and Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studio and the patron of several NGOs.
